I can't personally imagine staying at the same hotel chain so much that I look forward to getting email blasts on deals. But I imagine there is a segment of the population that does this regularly. Interestingly these emails coming various hotel chains don't really focus on deals. Their is one here and there, but overall the focus is more on the experience. Notice that most of the emails that have images aren't focused on the building and rooms but rather the environment the building is in. Yeah there are a few exceptions to this, but isn't it peculiar that it isn't more of a focus? Compare them to deal intense emails like those from Geeks.com and TigerDirect.com; quite a major contrast.
